Lemon Pickle (Lemon achar) is made from lemon and very sour in eating. Fresh Lemons are cut into small pieces to prepare Lemon pickle. It has no oil, sugar and no any spices but still it tastes very tasty.It is eaten specially with daal-rice, chapatis/parathas, It remains fresh till 10-12 months.
